KRAUSE TO APPEAR AT CEO GLOBAL CONFERENCE

Philip Krause has been invited to reprise his 2015 appearance to the CEO Global Conference and Pitch Competition, returning to Kansas City on November 1 – 3, 2018.  Philip will present on Friday morning, addressing subjects on startup company capital, including deal structuring and negotiation, and compliance with U.S. federal and state securities laws (including crowdfunding rules adopted in 2016).

CEO (The Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1983, with over 250 college and university chapters, supporting more than 16,500 emerging collegiate entrepreneurs annually. (See www.c-e-o.org)

Local Kansas City presenters will also include Philip’s colleague Prof. Tony Luppino, Director of Entrepreneurship Programs at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where Philip serves as an adjunct professor of law in addition to his private law practice.
