Philip Krause to Speak on Technology Licensing to Kansas City Lawyers

Philip Krause has been asked to speak on the subject of terms and conditions to be included in technology licensing agreements at the “Entrepreneurship Symposium” to be presented by the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association on June 24, 2015. Other subjects to be addressed in the half-day Symposium will include social entrepreneurship, financing and crowd sourcing, business structure, exit transactions and other issues typically facing entrepreneurs and their start-up ventures.
