Philip Krause to Judge 2015 Midwestern Regional Transactional LawMeet
Philip Krause has been invited once again, for the fourth year, to serve as a competition judge for the 2015 Midwestern Regional Transactional LawMeet to be hosted by the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law on February 27, 2015. This unique educational event allows law students to develop their practical skills by competing against their peers around the country in drafting and negotiating a hypothetical commercial transaction case. The competition judges are selected from practicing lawyers in the Kansas City region. At the end of the day’s competition, Krause will participate in a demonstration negotiation, on the same hypothetical case, for the competitors to watch how a seasoned professional might handle the same negotiations.
