Philip Krause to Speak to E-Scholars at UMKC’s Regnier Institute

Philip Krause will be speaking at the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, on February 28, 2015. He will be presenting two topics to the Regnier Institute’s “e-scholar” students: “Exempt Offering Guidelines” for private placement offerings to raise investment funding for new and emerging companies; and “Principles for Deal Negotiations” for entrepreneurs negotiating with prospective investors. Krause serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the Regnier Institute at UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management.
